
The third production from Crate was created and performed entirely on site at Historic Fort York. Conceived in June 2005 by Chris Reynolds and penned by Dora Award-winning playwright Tara Beagan, The Fort at York was a collaborative project created with the entire ensemble during a series of developmental workshops held at the fort between 2006 and 2007. The final product is an epic adventure that explores the night before the American Army attacked and defeated the fledgling town of Toronto on April 27, 1813.
